Karen Gilbert

Karen Gilbert, training director at Express Express Employment Professionals’ Express University, has 23 years of business experience encompassing sales, management, and training. She has been with Express for 10 years. As a professional trainer, Karen captivates her audience with her energy, humor, and “grass roots” delivery style. Karen Gilbert has trained hundreds of new franchisees and their staff on the operational and sales aspects of the Express Employment Professionals system. She designs training curriculum and activities for numerous learning sessions at national leadership conferences and regional sales training events. Karen supports the experiential learning philosophies and designs her training to appeal to various learning styles.

As an expert in developing people, she also instructs specialized workshops for clients and prospects across the United States and Canada. Karen is a certified instructor through the Ken Blanchard Leadership company and is approved to facilitate Situational Leadership II and Situational Self Leadership programs to client companies. These two programs are designed to enhance the onboarding process and assist in increasing the retention and development of an organization’s workforce.
