Suzy Gammill, CPC, CTS, CSP, training director at Express Employment Professionals. Suzy works with entrepreneurs who have chosen to focus on the mission to “help people succeed.” This encompasses the instruction of getting their offices up and running to profitability, and continues the learning/coaching process through numerous corporate and private venues. She is able to involve the audience and set everyone at ease in a non-threatening environment. Her passion for teaching exudes in the classroom and she has a knack for reading the pulse of people – in both large and small gatherings! Gammill received her bachelor of science degree from Oklahoma State University in management, with an option in personnel. She is a member of both the national and local chapters of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD). Gammill has amassed three critical industry designations in her career with Express Employment Professionals: the Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and the Certified Temporary Staffing Specialists (CTS), both accredited with the National Association of Personnel Services; and the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), sanctioned by the American Staffing Association. With these recognitions, she demonstrates her individual and organizational commitment to excellence.
Specialized certifications have been earned with the Ken Blanchard Companies, a global leader in workplace learning, productivity, performance, and leadership effectiveness solutions. Gammill has been awarded the prestigious distinction of training Situational Leadership II (SLII) the most comprehensive, up to date, and practical method of effectively managing and developing people, time, and resources in the world, and Situational Self Leadership (SSL) which enables the transition from responsiveness to responsibility as individuals learn to take initiative in idea generation, innovation, and problem solving.
