Cheryl Moreno, CTS

Cheryl Moreno, CTS, Training Director for Express University, is responsible for training Express Employment Professionals’ new franchisees and franchise staff members. She has been with Express Services, Inc for 11 years, and is certified with the National Association of Personnel Services as a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist. Moreno develops and delivers training “that”s more than a training event” helping increase sales, productivity and motivation by using high impact learning. As a professional trainer, Cheryl’s mission is to inspire her audience through her knowledge, passion, and enthusiasm to develop skills that will help them accomplish their personal and professional goals.

Cheryl is also responsible the integration and sustainability of Situational Leadership II into the Express systems and culture. She is a certified instructor through the Ken Blanchard Company and trains Situational Self Leadership as well Situational Leadership II to client companies across the United States and Canada.

Cheryl’s passion is leadership development. Her drive to keep Express’ leadership initiative moving forward has been instrumental in the successful partnership of the Ken Blanchard Companies and Express. Cheryl was recently invited to represent Express at the Blanchard Summit in Washington D.C. where she shared the Express/Blanchard partnership story and the impact that has been made in developing future leaders in the Express System.
